How to Merge PDF Files into One (Free, Without Uploading Them)
Combine several PDFs into a single document in the right order — free, in your browser, with no quality loss and no watermark.

Sending five separate attachments when the recipient needs one complete pack is frustrating for everyone. Merging PDFs takes seconds — and you don't need to upload your documents to a stranger's server to do it.
How to merge PDFs
- Open the free Merge PDF tool.
- Add your files — drag and drop several at once.
- Use the ↑ ↓ arrows to put them in order.
- Click Merge & download PDF.
Pages are copied exactly as they are: text stays selectable, images keep their resolution, and there's no watermark.
Common merge jobs
- Quotation pack — quote, terms and conditions, product datasheets.
- Invoice pack — tax invoice, delivery note and the customer's signed LPO.
- Visa or onboarding pack — passport copy, Emirates ID, photos, certificates in the order requested.
- Tender submission — cover letter, company profile, trade licence, VAT certificate.
- Monthly bookkeeping — all supplier bills for the month in one file for your accountant.
Tips
- Name files with numbers first (01-quote.pdf, 02-terms.pdf) so they're easy to order.
- Unlock first. Password-protected PDFs can't be merged — use Unlock PDF with the password, then merge.
- Photos too? Convert them with Image to PDF first.
- Too big to email? Run the merged file through Compress PDF.
- Need to remove a page afterwards? Use Split PDF to extract only what you need.
Why browser-based PDF tools are safer
Most online PDF sites upload your file to their servers. Pyalm's PDF tools run entirely in your browser — the file is read, processed and saved on your own device and never sent anywhere. That matters for contracts, invoices, bank statements and ID documents.
Stop handling business PDFs by hand
Most business PDFs are invoices, quotations, receipts and statements. Pyalm Books generates them for you — VAT-compliant, numbered, emailed to the customer and stored — so there's nothing to merge, rename or fix afterwards.
