The first row becomes the keys, and each following row becomes an object. Quoted fields, embedded commas, escaped quotes and line breaks inside quotes are handled. With type detection on, 42 becomes a number, true becomes a boolean and an empty cell becomes null; turn it off to keep every value as text, which is safer for IDs with leading zeros.
A JSON array of objects becomes one row per object, with the union of all keys as columns. Nested objects are flattened using dotted names such as stock.qty, and arrays are kept as JSON text in the cell so nothing is lost. Choose a semicolon or tab if your spreadsheet locale expects it.
