FOC stands for Free of Charge — the units a supplier gives a buyer at no cost as part of a trade promotion, usually expressed as a percentage of the order.
Because stock moves in whole packs. Ten percent of an order rarely lands on an exact number of packs, so you end up with a fractional pack you cannot ship. This calculator finds the nearest whole-pack split and tells you the FOC percentage you actually achieve.
