Build the UAE Wage Protection System Salary Information File from your payroll — one SCR header and an EDR for each employee — then download the .sif. Nothing is uploaded; it all runs in your browser.
From your MOHRE establishment record and bank.
One SCR header record, then one EDR per employee.
SCR,,,2026-07-01,0850,072026,1,0.00,AED EDR,,,,,,30,0.00,0.00,
Preparing the SIF by hand in a text editor is slow and error-prone — a single misplaced comma can get the whole file rejected. Enter your employer details and staff salaries here, and the SCR and EDR records are assembled in the right order with the totals calculated for you.
WPS specifications evolve and vary between banks and payroll agents. Use this generator to get the structure and maths right, then check the field order and routing codes against your bank's template before you submit. For end-to-end payroll, Pyalm Books keeps salaries and WPS together.
The Salary Information File (SIF) is the file UAE employers submit through the Wage Protection System to pay staff. It contains one SCR (Salary Control Record) header with employer and totals, followed by one EDR (Employee Detail Record) per employee.
SCR is the header: your establishment ID, bank routing code, salary month, employee count, and total salary. Each EDR holds an employee's ID, bank routing code, IBAN, pay period, and fixed and variable salary amounts.
WPS SIF specifications change and can differ slightly by bank or payroll agent. This tool follows the common UAE structure, but always confirm the exact field order and routing codes with your bank before submitting.
No. The SIF is built entirely in your browser and downloaded locally — no salary data is sent to any server.
