Are my PDFs uploaded to a server?

No. Every PDF tool on Pyalm runs entirely in your browser using JavaScript — your files are read, processed and saved on your own device and are never sent to us or anyone else. That makes them safe for contracts, invoices and ID documents.

Can a watermark be removed?

A determined person with PDF-editing software can remove an added text watermark. For stronger protection, combine a tiled watermark with Compress PDF's strong mode (which flattens pages to images) and Protect PDF's password.

Can I use Arabic or Hindi text?

The built-in PDF fonts support Latin characters only. Use English text for the watermark; support for other scripts requires embedding a custom font.
