Why your iPhone photos won't upload

Since iOS 11, iPhones save photos in HEIC (High Efficiency Image Container) to save space. Many visa and government portals, job sites and older Windows apps only accept JPG or PNG, so HEIC uploads fail or show as unreadable files.

Convert in seconds

Add your HEIC files, pick JPG (smallest, universal) or PNG (lossless), and download them all as a ZIP. Conversion runs on your own device, so even large batches of personal photos stay private.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Are my images uploaded?

No. Images are processed with your browser's canvas — they never leave your device, so it's safe for ID photos, product shots and screenshots containing private information.

How do I stop my iPhone saving HEIC?

Go to Settings → Camera → Formats and choose 'Most Compatible'. New photos will be saved as JPG. Existing photos stay HEIC, which is what this converter is for.

Will I lose quality?

At the default 92% quality the difference is invisible for practically all uses. Choose PNG if you need a lossless copy.

Why is the first conversion a bit slow?

The HEIC decoder (about 1 MB) loads the first time you use it. After that, each photo converts in a second or two.
