Google truncates titles at roughly 580–600 pixels on desktop, so 'WWWW' runs out of room long before 'iiii'. Measuring the rendered width tells you exactly whether your title will be cut off with an ellipsis.
Put the main keyword near the start of the title, add your brand at the end, and use the description to answer 'why click this result?' — a benefit, a number, or a clear next step. Google may rewrite either, but a strong, relevant snippet is kept more often.
