The challenge
What needed solving.
The previous site was slow, hard to update, and weak in search. The federation needed a credible public presence for members, partners, and government stakeholders, plus reliable enquiry handling without running a server.
What we built- Next.js site exported to static HTML and served from a Cloudflare Worker
- Enquiry forms handled by the same Worker — no separate backend to maintain
- Single source of truth for organisation details, navigation, and per-page SEO
- Organization, WebSite, and BreadcrumbList structured data on every page
- Markdown news publishing with automatic sitemap and RSS feed
- Optimised responsive images (WebP sizes generated from masters)
SEO defined in one file
Every page's title, description, and sitemap priority lives in one config, so the federation's team can change search metadata without touching layouts.

The federation has a fast, maintainable site that its team can update through Markdown, with search metadata and structured data handled consistently across every page.
