Brunches, pool days and NYE are some of a hotel's most profitable nights. They also cause the most phone calls, double bookings and no-shows. Ticketing fixes that.
Package, don't just price

Tables and groups
Groups book tables, not tickets. Sell tables as one item with a set number of guests, and collect guest names later so the door list is complete.
Stop no-shows
- Take full payment or a deposit when people book
- Send the ticket on WhatsApp straight away
- Remind guests the day before and two hours before
- Offer name changes instead of refunds
VAT and invoices
Prices shown to consumers should include 5% VAT, and corporate buyers will ask for a tax invoice. See VAT on event tickets.

At the door
Scan tickets (or use face check-in for VIP tables) instead of searching a printed list. That way the queue moves and your staff know who's arrived.
