Replace the paper list

Pay promoters fairly
Give each promoter a tracked link or code. The dashboard shows who brought how many guests, and how many actually came through the door. That's the number to pay on.

- Check ID once and mark it on the guest's entry
- Run a VIP lane, ideally with face check-in for regulars
- Watch live headcount against your licensed capacity
Safety
Alcohol-serving events need more security. Plan with the staffing calculator and confirm numbers with your venue and the authorities.
Bring them back
With consent, guests who came get the next event first on WhatsApp. That's often the cheapest marketing a promoter has.
