Seating plans take hours by hand. The free Seating Chart Planner builds one in seconds from your guest list.
Write the list in groups

Rachel
Each line is a group that sits together. A single name is a solo guest.
How it seats people
The planner seats the biggest groups first, then fills gaps with smaller groups and solo guests, using as few tables as possible. Groups bigger than a table are split across neighbouring tables.
Seating tips
- Finalise RSVPs first. Plan once, not five times.
- Leave spare seats for last-minute guests.
- Seat VIPs near the stage and families with children near the exits.
- Send table numbers before the event, for example on WhatsApp, so nobody crowds the seating board.
- Match table size to the venue. Rounds of 8–10 are standard.
Check your room size with the venue capacity calculator. Read more in corporate event management in Dubai.
