Combo Tickets and Annual Passes for Attractions: How to Price and Run Them

How UAE attractions use combo tickets and annual passes to raise spend per visitor and build repeat visits — pricing, partners, entry rules and what to measure.

Single-entry tickets are only part of the story. Combo tickets raise spend per visitor, and annual passes turn visitors into regulars.

Combo tickets

Combo Example
Multi-experience Attraction + add-on experience
Partner bundle Two attractions from different operators
Experience + dining Entry + meal voucher
Experience + transport Entry + shuttle or boat ride

Pricing tip: a discount of 10–25% against buying separately usually feels worthwhile without giving away too much margin.

Partner combos need clear revenue-sharing rules and redemption tracking at each partner.

Annual passes

  • Tiers: standard, premium (fast track, discounts), family
  • Resident pricing to attract locals
  • Photo or face ID to stop pass sharing
  • Benefits: discounts on F&B, guest tickets, member events

Entry rules

  • Passes should still respect daily capacity, so holders book a slot at peak times
  • Blackout dates for the busiest days, if needed
  • Fast entry for pass holders by QR scan or face recognition

What to measure

Combo uptake, revenue per visitor, pass renewals, visits per pass holder and pass-holder spending on F&B and retail.
